Just in case anyone was planning to fly into Panshanger, the landing fees for helicopters is now £50.

50 quid? Even for a wee Robbie? Gee, that's pricey! Does that apply to the schools based there as well or is this a special price to "encourage"  visitors?

Any single.  Helicopters based there are exempt, whether school or private.  Since you're already paying for either hours or hangerage, I guess they can afford to waive landing fees.
